Electrical work is undertaken by a NIC registered electrician and plumbing work is CORGI certified. We are registered carriers of waste. We have employers' liability insurance of £20,000,000 and public liability insurance of £10,000,000.
We undertake projects of any size in both domestic and commercial sectors. Our first job was renovating two semi-detached houses badly affected by fire damage. We then went on to manage and restructure office space and the United Bank of Switzerland in London. During the past year, we have been involved in the project management and development of various venues in The O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, where we constructed an ice rink bar as well as undertaking other projects and maintenance work in Greenwich.
Maintenance contracts are numerous and included contracts with The Chelsea Building Society and owners of privately-owned houses and apartments.
We are used to meeting with architects, developers and council officials during various phases of contracts and over the years have become experienced in solving problems arising from ever changing regulations.
