Maintenance Division

As well as a large scale construction division, OMG also has a maintenance division dealing with every day maintenance issues, again in commercial and domestic areas. Emergency work can sometimes be investigated and the problem rectified on the same day and usually within a couple of days, depending on the cause and solution of the problem.

Typically, OMG's maintenance includes:-

  • Water leak investigation and repair
  • Gutter and drain cleaning and repair
  • Blocked drains, toilets and sinks
  • Electrical problems
  • Lock replacement
  • Glass replacement
  • Maintenance of woodwork, interior and exterior
  • Rubbish clearance
  • Jet washing
